RISING STAR ENTERTAINMENT GROUP / PROGRAM ACCOUNTABILITY

GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE.

A clear, respectful path for apprenticeship concerns, facility matters, and client feedback about live events.

01 / WHO TO CONTACT

DIRECT YOUR CONCERN TO THE RIGHT TEAM.

Students, apprentices, applicants, and clients are encouraged to raise concerns promptly so they can be addressed fairly and in a timely manner. Reporting a concern does not require you to confront the person involved first. Where appropriate, we may request additional information to understand the situation.

02 / HOW REVIEW WORKS

A STRAIGHTFORWARD PROCESS.

01

Explain the issue

Email the appropriate contact with your name, preferred reply method, a summary of what happened, relevant dates and locations, and any documents you would like reviewed.

02

Review & follow-up

RSEG will review information reasonably available, seek clarification where appropriate, and communicate next steps or the outcome as promptly and fairly as reasonably possible.

03

Escalate when needed

If a program grievance remains unresolved, or if independent assistance is preferred, contact the relevant registration authority or DOL representative. Applicable external complaint rights remain available.

No retaliation

RSEG prohibits retaliation against a person for raising a concern in good faith or assisting with its review. Sensitive matters will be handled with discretion to the extent practical and consistent with a fair review.

03 / YOUR RIGHTS

INDEPENDENT COMPLAINT OPTIONS.

An internal grievance is not a substitute for a formal agency complaint and does not extend an external filing deadline. A person may contact the appropriate registration authority about an apprenticeship agreement or an equal-opportunity concern. Specific procedures vary by the nature of the complaint and the agency with jurisdiction.

APPRENTICESHIP AGREEMENTS

Formal program complaints

Under 29 CFR 29.12, certain unresolved apprenticeship-agreement complaints may be referred to the registration authority. Federal rules generally require a signed written complaint within 60 days after the final local decision, subject to applicable state procedures.

EQUAL OPPORTUNITY

Discrimination & retaliation

Under 29 CFR 30.14, apprenticeship discrimination or retaliation complaints have a separate process, generally with a 300-day filing period. For WIOA-funded services, additional rights and filing procedures may apply.

Equal opportunity notice

This grievance page supplements, but does not replace, any required written apprenticeship equal-opportunity notice, including the registration agency’s official mailing address and telephone number supplied during enrollment.

04 / EVENT CONCERNS

WE VALUE EVERY EXPERIENCE.

If your concern relates to a wrestling event or a service booked through RSEG, please include the event name, date, venue, and booking reference (if applicable). We will review the issue and respond as promptly as reasonably possible.
