About the Space:

The space is primarily utilized by our partner, Primal Pro Wrestling School, which means there are also unique amenities available, such as a wrestling ring! The space itself has approximately 16ft ceilings and a 12ft rollup door. The downstairs warehouse area is roughly 1100sqft and also includes a separate lobby/reception area, concessions booth, and ADA restroom. Upstairs has a second restroom and private room for staff. There are two additional rooms that will remain locked and inaccessible (administrative office and production room).

– Foldout tables (up to 5)

– Folding Chairs (up to 100)

– Access to our audio system

– Microphones (wireless/wired)

– RGB Lights/strobes

– Fog Machine(s)

Food & Beverage

Outside Food & Beverage is allowed onsite and food vendors are allowed to be onsite. Small items such as crockpots and smokeless grills are OK.

Alcoholic beverages may be consumed inside but are not permitted to sell. If consuming alcohol, a guestlist must be provided with all onsite attendees to be considered a private event. No public alcohol distribution is allowed.

Sound Restriction

We ask that music be set to a lower, reasonable volume past 10pm to be respectful to the residential neighbors in the area. Music may still be played, but please, keep it at a respectable volume. If neighbors do contact law enforcement for a noise complaint, your event may be subjected to an early closure.

Ticketed Events:

We do allow ticketed events and recommend using our partner company, Humanitix, if not already using a ticketing site.

Security:

For public events, one security personnel is required for every 50 people expected to be onsite.

Parking:

Parking is readily available streetside, at the neighboring community park, and the transit center behind the venue.

Security and Recording Devices

There is one security camera that we provide access to in the warehouse area that is viewable from the upstairs staff room. All other security devices are located in spaces that should be inaccessible or exterior to the building.
